Central Cee launches ‘CRG Radio’ show on Apple Music 1

Central Cee has launched his own radio show ‘CRG Radio’ on Apple Music 1.

The four-part series is set to provide a behind-the-scenes exploration of the rapper’s music, insight into the making of his debut album and interviews with those who have shaped his career so far.

In its inaugural episode, Cench will be joined by Trapstar founders Mikey, Lee and Will. There will also be Facetime interviews with Headie One, Blade Brown and Nemzzz – who is set to premiere new music exclusively on the show.

“We’re going to call this the CRG Radio.” Central Cee said in a press release. “An abbreviation on my album ‘Can’t Rush Greatness’. Me and the guys are going to be taking over Apple Music for a full on exclusive shows. I’m doing it on Apple Music. This is the first show, so it should be a big deal.”

In other news, Cench is gearing up to release his debut album ‘Can’t Rush Greatness’ on January 24, 2025 via Columbia Records. There isn’t much information on the tracklist, but it is said that the rapper will team up with ‘Sprinter‘ collaborator Dave again on the record. Fans can pre-order and pre-save the record here.

Earlier this year, he debuted a new single ‘One By One’ on COLORS. However, a press release has confirmed that ‘One By One’ will not be part of the rapper’s upcoming debut album, though it does include the lyric “You can’t rush greatness, you gotta take your time, maintain it slowly“.

‘Sprinter’ from his collaborative project ‘Split Decision’ with Dave was crowned as the most played song of 2023 on Spotify in the UK. It also landed the 28th spot on NME’s 50 best songs of 2023 list.
